DIFCO has a philosophy "There are those who make things happen, those who watch things happen and those who wonder what happened"
DIFCO is an actively involved member in the following trade and advocacy associations:
- National Association of Surface Finishers
- Precision Metalforming Association
- National Association of Manufacturers
- Southeastern Fastener Association
- Georgia Industry Association
Membership in these organizations gives DIFCO an opportunity to voice concerns on public policy and legislative issues, both on the state and national level, that can affect the cost of operating our business. These issues also affect our customer base and their success or sustainability. The issues are OSHA, EPA, Health Care, Tort, Energy Cost, Taxes and Unfair Trade Practices.
DIFCO is representing the surface finishing industry and its manufacturing customer base on these important issues. If we do not have manufacturers in America there will not be a need for the surface finishing industry.
